Adi Kailash is an ancient holy place in the Himalayan Range, similar to Mount Kailash in Tibet. This abode of Lord Shiva in a remote area is worth having a Darshan. The journey to Adi Kailash is one of the most remarkable of these. Mount Adi Kailash is located in the Vyas valley of Pithoragarh district of Kumaon. This valley is home to the Rangs or the Shauka people who held an enviable monopoly in the Indo-Tibet trade for centuries before the Sino war of 1962.

Yours faithfully
Family
I did Adi Kailash Om Parvat Yatra along with my father in October 2021. I am thankful that we chose NTP forour travel arrangements. We were stuck due to heavy rains and landslides formore than a week near Gunji village. Our tour guide and driver truly took careof us and managed to bring us back safely with grace. By the time we returned, our tour was already over but NTP arranged further possible sightseeing toowhich is very appreciable. Tour operators are cooperative and accommodative forchanges.
